My background includes valuable experience within schools, universities, charities, EAP programmes, and in-patient eating disorder clinics, allowing me to offer you a broad, empathetic perspective.

I am a person-centred therapist holding an MA in Person-Centred Experiential Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Nottingham. My practice is built on a relational, person-centred approach, ensuring we work together in a way that truly fits you. I am committed to providing accessible, culturally sensitive therapy in a warm and welcoming space.

As a British East Asian Chinese therapist, I understand what it can feel like to navigate multiple worlds, balancing cultural expectations, family dynamics and a sense of identity that doesn't always fit into one box.Whether you share a similar background or not, i aim to offer a space that is culturally aware and free from assumption
